"LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL,     AND I DO HAVE            TIME."

Collin Viator (he/him) is a queer filmmaker based in Los Angeles whose work focuses on telling intimate stories grounded in realism, exploring the complexities of identity and the search for purpose. Typically utilizing a queer lens, he aims to capture "small feelings" through characters whose behaviors are not easily understood, inviting viewers to reflect on their own journeys of self-discovery and meaning. Collin holds an MFA in Film and Television Production from Loyola Marymount University. He also works as a costumer in the vertical content space and serves as a costume designer for Drama Box and Dreamood Pictures. His short film 27 Club screened at the Poppy Jasper International Film Festival and the New York Indie Short Festival. His most recent work includes the short films I Love You Beary Much, a proof of concept, and Twink Death, both of which are in the festival circuit currently.
